Robert Kaufman's 6.5oz Indigo Denim is a lovely lighter weight denim. This lighter weight denim is ideal for garments; dresses in particular, we think, would work especially well. We're thinking the Fielder, Camber or Union Dress to name but a few from the Merchant and Mills collection; and also the Alder Shirtdress by Grainline Studio.
Don't get us wrong though, this fabric would work equally well for lots of other styles, woven tees, shirts etc. for men, women and children, as well as home furnishing items.

We recommend that you pre-wash your fabric on a 30 degree wash cycle before you start your sewing project.
