Robert Kaufman’s woven range of Yarn Dyed Essex Linen fabrics have the same wonderfully soft hand feel as the regular Essex but with a more interesting look to it. The Metallic range goes one step further with a thread of Lurex woven through with the weft threads. This particular colourway, Platinum, is made from a soft Blue Grey woven with Cream and a Rainbow Lurex. This fabric is ideal for dressmaking, quilting projects and soft furnishings.
Our Scanfil organic cotton thread in Grey is a good match for this colourway, available in both 100M or 275M spools.
50% Linen / 40% Cotton / 10% Lurex • 110cm wide ∙ 160gms
Price is per HALF metre. So, if you require 1.5 metres for example, you’ll need to enter 3 in the quantity box.
We recommend that you machine wash this fabric at 30 degrees before you start your sewing project.
