A classic lined unisex bucket hat sewing pattern by Merchant and Mills to keep the sunshine or rain at bay.
All seam allowances are 1cm unless otherwise stated.
Skill level • Intermediate.
Suggested fabrics • Oilskin, Dry Oilskin, Mid-weight cotton canvas, 8 - 13oz denim, 5 - 10oz linen. For lining Merchant and Mills suggest a voile, calico or barrier lining.
Fabric requirements • Please see last image for fabric requirements.
Trims needed • matching thread / 15cm fusible interfacing (optional)
