Delivery within the UK -
1st Class Delivery
- Orders £21 and under - £2.50 P&P
- Orders £21 and over - £3.50 P&P
- Orders over £60 - FREE
These services are sent via Royal Mail and are NOT trackable. Delivery is usually within 2 to 5 working days, but may take longer in these unprecedented times.
Express Delivery UK - £12.50 P&P
(Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 1PM, Monday to Thursday. Please note this service is trackable, and requires a signature)
Delivery within Europe - due to the UK’s departure from the European Union and the introduction of new regulations we are currently unable to accept any orders from the EU. We love our European customers and really hope that this will only be a temporary measure. Like many other small businesses however we need some time to better understand the new regulations for sending goods into the EU and will need to make some changes to the way goods are ordered on our website. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Rest of the World Delivery - £15.00 P&P

Your order will be sent to the address you have entered under the ‘shipping address.’ We cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect delivery information. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to your address error we can re send your item but there will be an additional delivery charge.
Taxes & Duties:
If your order is being delivered outside of the European Union (EU), please be aware you may have to pay your countries’ import duty or other taxes. Please note that this is not the responsibility of The Draper’s Daughter.
Returns:
Please note that we’re unable to offer a refund for cut fabrics or trims as these are bespoke orders. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you’re not completely sure that a fabric is suitable for your planned project we do offer a Fabric Swatch Service .
In the unlikely event that you're not entirely happy with your purchase from The Draper's Daughter we will happily offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase for items which have been purchased at full price and are returned unused and in good condition.
Please return your items in the original packaging together with an explanatory note and your full contact details. We recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
