UPCOMING EVENTS

As the owner of The Draper's Daughter, an fabric and sewing pattern shop I love being able to get out there and attend various events and meet our customers in person. I'm thrilled to be attending a few key events in 2025...

Open Studio Saturday, Chichester • 7th March 10am - 2pm

We’d love to welcome you to our beautiful garden studio in Chichester for our first Open Studio of 2026.

Come along and browse our thoughtfully curated collection of designer fabrics from much-loved brands such as Nani Iro, Kokka, and Hokkoh, as well as independent sewing patterns from The Assembly Line, Merchant & Mills, and more. You’ll also find a selection of quality haberdashery to complete your projects.

The Draper's Daughter Online Dressmaking Fabric Shop UK

Whether you're looking for inspiration, shopping for your next make, or just fancy a relaxed morning surrounded by beautiful textiles, we’d love to see you.

Address:
103 Whyke Lane, Chichester
PO19 8AU
(Entry via the side gate)

No need to book—just drop in. We look forward to seeing you there!

Why not make a day of it?
If you’re planning to visit our Open Studio, Chichester has plenty to offer while you’re here. Pallant House Gallery has a new exhibition launching soon and their café is a lovely spot for coffee or lunch. Other local highlights include Oxmarket Contemporary and the Chichester Festival Theatre.

For a bite to eat, I’d recommend Luckes and Purchases, both on North Street, or The Little Barn in East Street. If you’re in the mood for a little shopping, be sure to pop into Winter’s Moon and Artisan Gallery
