Maison Fauve Tempete Blouse Sewing Pattern. Designed by Maison Fauve, the Tempete Blouse sewing pattern combines clean lines and sophistication with a very feminine drape. The pattern plays on pleats, proportions and a trompe l’oeil collar effect. The sleeves can be long, and constructed with stitched pleats and a buttoned cuff, like a blouse. You can also sew the Tempête Blouse without sleeves, with impeccable armhole finishing, for a very elegant little top to wear for any occasion.

Skill level ∙ Intermediate

This is a multi-size paper sewing pattern designed by Maison Fauve in an envelope, including UK sizes 6 to 24 (34 to 52). The seam allowances are included and are 1cm. The sewing pattern comes carefully packaged in an envelope together with step-by-step sewing instructions to complete your project.

Suggested fabrics ∙ Soft and light fabrics between 70 and 200g/m2, which you can mark with an iron to help in sewing folds: poplin, crepe, veil, lace, fine jeans or chambray, in cotton, viscose, linen, tencel or even silk.

Fabric requirements (140cm - 150cm fabric width)

Top with Sleeves: sizes 34 to 38 1.3M / sizes 40 to 44 1.4M / 46 to 48 1.5M / 50 to 52 1.6M

Top without Sleeves: sizes 34 to 40 1.1M / sizes 42 to 44 1.2M / 46 to 52 1.5M

Trims needed ∙ matching thread / 0.4M fusible interfacing / 2 x 10 - 12mm buttons for the button sleeve version
