Puff and Pencil Tie Blouse, Lantern Sleeve and Peggy Collar Sewing Pattern. Designed by Puff and Pencil, the Tie Blouse, Lantern Sleeve and Peggy Collar sewing pattern is an open blouse with a loose fit, v-neck and a tie closure in the front.

The LANTERN sleeve is a two piece sleeve, with a t-shirt like upper sleeve and voluminous lower puff style sleeve. The sleeve hem is gathered with an elastic band.

The PEGGY Collar is a wide collar with square flaps in the front and round shape in the back. It has a ruffled edge, but can be made with or without ruffles.

You can mix and match with other sleeves by purchasing additional digital sleeve patterns and make with or without the collar

This is a paper sewing pattern which includes sizes XXS (to fit bust 76cm) to XXL (to fit bust 122cm). Seam allowances are included in the pattern. The pattern comes carefully packaged in an envelope together with step-by-step sewing instructions including variations of the techniques required to complete your project.

Suggested fabrics • this sewing pattern is made primarily for woven fabrics. If you are in doubt about the choice of fabric, fabric types like poplin, woven cotton, linen and seersucker work well for this blouse.

Trims needed • matching thread / 50cm fusible interfacing / 10mm wide elastic for the sleeves
