From Danish brand Mind the MAKER, Grant Raw Denim is a beautifully versatile 8oz cotton denim with a classic workwear feel. Woven with contrasting dark indigo blue and lighter yellow-toned threads, it has a subtly mottled appearance that gives the surface depth and character.
At 8oz, this is a relatively lightweight denim, offering enough structure for trousers, skirts and jackets while remaining comfortable and easy to wear. As a raw denim it has not been pre-washed, so the fabric will soften and develop more drape after its first wash, while the indigo colour will deepen and evolve naturally with wear.

Grant is a raw, unwashed denim and will change with washing and wear. Its initial crispness will soften beautifully after washing, creating a more relaxed drape and comfortable handle while retaining the distinctive character of denim.

- Pre-washing is recommended before cuttingIndigo dye may transfer or release excess colour, particularly during the first few washes
- A denim needle and strong, good-quality sewing thread are recommended
Care instructions: To minimise creasing and white fold marks, Mind the MAKER recommends soaking the denim in water with a mild detergent for around 30 minutes, rinsing thoroughly and hanging to dry without wringing. If machine washing, wash separately at 30–40°C with a very low spin and remove immediately. Do not tumble dry.
