The Cuff Top sewing pattern by The Assembly Line is an easy to make style with a straight fit, boat neck and half sleeves with deep elastic cuffs. The blue version of the Cuff Top is styled here with the Almost Long Trousers and the green top is worn with their Three Pleat Skirt. It also works well with the Apron Dress.

This is a multi-size paper pattern available in two sizes, this pattern includes sizes XS to L, click here for sizes XL to 4XL. Model is 170 cm tall and wearing a size S. Please use the size guide below to find your perfect size based on the bust measurement.

The plain green version was made by The Assembly Line in our Cotton Plain Weave in Green. My latest make of this fabulous style is in the Lei Nani in Green.

This is a multi-size paper pattern which is now available in two sizes, XS-L and XL-4XL.

Suggested fabrics • Light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, silk, lawn, linen, crepe de chine or wool crepe. Extra fabric will be needed to match checks, stripes or one-way design fabrics. For a similar look to the blue version either the Stretch Indigo or Draper Denim which I used for my version, as shown below, would work well.
