The Assembly Line Poncho Shirt Sewing Pattern. Designed by The Assembly Line, the Poncho Shirt sewing pattern combines the style of a classic shirt with the relaxed fit of a poncho! Designed as a half-circle shirt with a flowing silhouette, it is sewn together at the shoulders and under the arms. It features a traditional button closure and a classic collar.

You can make it as a plain style or choose to customise it with a panel, or a frill for added flair. The checked version is pictured with the Culottes Sewing Pattern which have been lengthened by 15cm.

Skill level ∙ intermediate.

This is a paper sewing pattern available in sizes S, L, and 3XL, fitting XS–3XL. Seam allowances are included in the pattern. The sewing pattern comes carefully packaged in an envelope together with step-by-step sewing instructions including variations of the techniques required to complete your project.

Suggested fabrics • light to medium-weight fabrics work best.
