Maison Fauve Deferlante Blouse Sewing Pattern. Designed by Maison Fauve, this pretty straight-cut blouse is set to become a wardrobe essential with its small decorative pleats and shoulder inserts.

The Deferlante Blouse sewing pattern can be made in so many different ways: with or without the buttoning at the front, with or without buttoning at the back, with pleats at the front, without pleats, or with just an embellished side. Plus the cuff is designed with an opening on the front of the hand, a lovely detail that adds a further touch of elegance.

Skill level ∙ Intermediate, the technical aspects are sewing stitched pleats, making a button placket, assembling a sleeve in 2 parts, assembling a buttoned cuff. The garment may be made easier to sew if you choose a non-buttoned and/or non-pleated version.
