Maison Fauve Recif Trousers Sewing Pattern. Designed in France by Maison Fauve, this sewing pattern is inspired by the classic sailor trousers and adapts them for everyday wear: the waist is mid-rise and highlighted by a belt, the hips are nicely fitted and they are closed with an invisible side zip. The leg widens and stops at the ankle, with a wide cuff.

The Italian pockets are finished with a pocket entry band for a very neat finish. The back of the trousers has double waist darts to hug your shape and large patch pockets to flatter your figure. Comfortable and elegant without being overdressed, the Recif Trousers look just as good worn with flats as they do with heeled sandals or ankle boots.

Skill level ∙ Intermediate, the technical aspects are the assembly of invisible fly, the Italian pockets, the assembly of the belt, and the cuff at the bottom of the legs.

This is a multi-size paper sewing pattern designed by Maison Fauve in an envelope, including sizes 34 to 52. The seam allowances are included and are 1cm.

Suggested fabrics ∙ a cotton gabardine, denim, a cotton satin, a soft and comfortable jacquard, a light weight wool, fabrics between 150 and 300 g/m2 according to the desired result.
